

I joined iNform to lose weight for my wedding day. I only had 5 months to achieve my goal and nothing else had worked – so I was prepared to try anything!
The training sessions are fantastic. There is lots of variety which means that you don’t get bored and the one-on-one training and focus on perfect exercise technique means that I get more out of 2 sessions at iNform each week than I ever did going to the gym 5 days per week.
The staff at iNform are friendly and knowledgable and my training became more than a weight loss drive – it became a total health program!
By my wedding day, I had done more than just lose the weight – which I did. My body was toned and felt fitter and stronger than it ever had before. My posture had improved and I was receiving comments almost daily about how much weight I had lost. I loved wearing my slinky wedding dress and all of my other “skinny” clothes.
I am so thrilled with the effect of training at iNform that I am still going – 9 months later – and loving the benefits that it provides. I’ve even convinced my husband to join too!
I began training at iNform to try and overcome an acute long-term lower back injury. My initial goal was to become pain free for day to day activities. Also, being a professional basketball player, I had a secondary goal of returning to compete in the National Basketball League.
One-on-one training at iNform has helped me to reach both of these goals. I am now virtually pain free and back on the basketball court. I find training at iNform to be challenging and informative in a fun and encouraging environment.
I now feel stronger and more educated about the benefits of strength and conditioning training. I see iNform as an important part of my future training.
