



Your sessions with your trainer are completely 1-on-1 meaning they are focused on you for the whole time. Their sole purpose is to direct you to your health and fitness result. They will motivate you, answer all your questions and keep you accountable to your goals!
Personal Training programs are designed following a needs assessment and are available in ½ hr or 1 hour sessions. In addition to this time, clients have access to our cardio equipment for 30 minutes (15 minutes before and after each session).
Personal Traing for kids is very similar to Personal Training for adults.
Sometimes young people need as much attention as adults to help shape their current and future life performance. iNform offers the same assessment process and trainers as for the adults. However, we understand that children require a slightly different approach to their training for reasons of movement development and fun. We look to give them a more “game based” approach to accommodate their personality and interests.
