Massage at iNform

Jai Wain is a highly qualified and experienced massage therapist.  Jai has completed 2 Diploma’s in massage, the first in Remedial massage and the second in Tuina Anmo (Chinese Medical Massage).  He also teaches massage at the South Australian Health Education Centre

As well as massaging here at iNform, Jai also massages The Adelaide 36ers (NBL), The Adelaide Lightning (WNBL) and the state indoor Netball teams (Ladies, mens, missed, U21 and U18 girls).  He has also been involved with Port Power from 2001-2003.

Jai provides a variety of remedial massage including:

  • Sports massage (deep tissue)
  • Therapeutic massage (relaxation)
  • Myofascial therapy
  • Trigger point therapy
  • Tuina Anmo

Tuina involves the use of ancient Chinese principles to assess how the body is functioning.  Treatment involves stimulation of acupressure points through clothes and without the use of oil to encourage the movement of Qi ‘chee’ (vital energy) around the body.

With the choice of a number of different therapies, Jai is able to customize each individual treatment to suit the clients specific needs.
