
Coaching is exactly as it sounds.
We help you choose the area of your health and fitness that you need the extra motivation or accountability in, and then we sit down and help you set goals.
It can also assist you with setting mini goals and having us provide the regular 'independent accountability', tools and information to help you achieve your goals.
Together we will find solutions to any barriers as they arise, ensuring you achieve your goals without delay.
If you are an existing personal training client, coaching can add to the current service you receive if you need additional accountability and motivation.
Coaching is available in ½ hr sessions and can be as often as you consider you need it. From as often as weekly to as little as quarterly – it’s up to you.
