Group Training

Group exercise is a great support to your personal training sessions with us, or a great way to exercise all on its own!

Currently group exercise is offered as follows:


iNform Bootcamp

Bootcamp done the iNform way!

All the great things you love about iNform, great atmosphere, highly trained staff, perfect exercise technique and an individual commitment all combined with the bootcamp element of “go hard”.

If you want to take your results to a new level or challenge your current level of fitness or commitment – then an iNform bootcamp is for you!

Back Care Classes

This service is currently provided off site at physiotherapist, chiropractic or podiatry rooms.

The program offers a set of 6 x 1 hour classes using the fitball and bodyweight exercises to strengthen core muscles and teaches you how to bend, twist and move in a way that protects your back and reduces the risk of injury.

This is a program that can help everyone – from those who have had an injury to those who are wanting to prevent an injury!

Other Group Fitness Classes

iNform has established a connection with Enjoy Fitness (www.enjoyfitness.com.au) for those clients who are looking for a cost effective way to add in some additional exercise to their life but don’t want to join the Gym and are not motivated to do it on their own.

Enjoy Fitness offer a range of group fitness classes including RPM, Body Attack and Body Balance.  These classes can support what you do here at iNform by offering some additional opportunities to  get more exercise into your week.  For more information on what classes might be suitable for you, please discuss this with your trainer.
