This service is currently provided during lunchtimes at our Norwood Studio. It can also be provided off site at physiotherapist, chiropractic or podiatry rooms.
The program offers a set of 8 x 45min classes usingand bodyweight exercises to strengthen core muscles and teaches you how to bend, twist and move in a way that protects your back and reduces the risk of injury.
This is a program that can help everyone – from those who have had an injury to those who are wanting to prevent an injury!
