iNform has developed a unique and proven needs assessment process that identifies the critical information regarding how well your body is currently functioning.

The result of this assessment is a personal program designed for the specific needs of your body and your health and fitness goals.

Lose weight and decrease body fat

Losing weight and/or decreasing body fat is largely the result of calories in (food/drink) versus calories out (resting metabolic rate, general daily movement and planned exercise).

You can have an influence on all of these areas as follows:

  • Have a starting point by getting a dietary analysis to determine how many calories you are currently eating.
  • Do some weight training to increase your lean muscle.  This doesn’t mean bulking up.  More lean muscle on your body means an increased resting metabolic rate (the amount of calories you burn when you are doing nothing)
  • Increase your planned exercise to burn more calories
  • Get some coaching to help you stick to your goals.

Improving tone and shape

Improving tone and shape will require you to do some resistance training (or working with weights).  The weights can sometimes just be your own bodyweight.

Working with weights doesn’t automatically mean “bulking up”.  Bulking up is quite hard to do and requires intensive training.  Toning up and improved shape is the most likely benefit you will receive from doing resistance training.

This combined with proper nutrition should see you in the best shape of your life!

Home based exercise

Home based programs are great for those people who want great quality training but perhaps don’t have the time or the budget to do personal training on a regular basis.

Home based exercise doesn’t require a lot of expensive equipment (it’s incredible what you can do with a ball and a set of dumbbells) but it does require the same attention to detail we give all of our clients.

We start at the beginning, as we do with all our programs, with the needs assessment.  We then discuss exactly what your goals and requirements are from your home program before explaining how we can help you set up that program.

Home Programs can be purchased individually or in a pack of 3 for people who want to come back regularly.
