iNform’s philosophy is to recruit and retain the best people in the industry. We provide ongoing training and development to ensure a maximum benefit to our team and clients, and strongly believe in creating and maintaining an excellent working atmosphere.
iNform’s unique position in our industry and relationships with leaders in the allied health and sporting sectors allow us to offer you a wide range of working opportunities. As a team member in our high performance culture you will access innovative technology and resources, opportunities for professional development, and the prospect to progress into leadership roles.
Due to our technical development, strategic approach to training, and level of quality that our clients have grown to expect, we have developed an in-house training and induction program to ensure you are ready to train our clients “the iNform way” and at the same level as our other trainers.
The program consists of a series of theoretical and practical sessions, reading material, observations and a final examination and takes between 4 and 8 weeks to complete depending on your current level of expertise and what gaps in your knowledge currently exist. The program is arranged at mutually suitable times and is only a part-time commitment. There is no guarantee of employment at the end.
Entry into the program would occur after a normal job interview process to ensure that you meet the employment specifications.
If you like what you have read and heard about iNform so far, are passionate about growing personally and professionally, are committed to helping people change their lives, and would like to work for a company with a very exiting future ahead, then:
